Introducing Stephen McGlade
As some of you may have seen we have a new addition to our team. Stephen McGlade joined the team in September as our newest Solicitor helping you with Timeshare relinquishment cases, and financial recovery.
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He has always had a passion for Consumer and Holiday Law, spending time over the years working with Kent County Council Trading Standards, as a Consumer Advisor. Here he obtained a Trading Standards Diploma in Consumer Affairs enabling him to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Trading Standards.
Stephen has a wide range of experience and expertise, having worked for a leading legal expenses insurer, where he dealt with all their consumer and holiday law issues. This would also include flight disputes regarding delays and denied boarding. Stephens extensive knowledge of the Timeshare industry and package holiday complaints was also developed during his time here.
Stephen went on to spend 8 years with the Which? Legal Services, where he regularly helped members, with an array of consumer law disputes, neighbour disputes, tenancy issues, parking disputes and other holiday law problems.
Prior to joining our team, Stephen worked with the Citizens Advice Bureau, where he advised on welfare law, benefits, housing and consumer law.
Stephen’s qualifications include LLB(Hons) Law, Solicitor, DCA.
