Our Fees & Payment

Timeshare Fees

For our Timeshare Relinquishment services, we will agree on a fee with you prior to you signing any contracts with us. Once you are happy with the fee and you have decided how this will be paid we will never charge you anything extra.

For those individuals who have a Timeshare compensation case running alongside their relinquishment, this part of the service will be done on a No Win No Fee basis. This means that you pay nothing until the case has been successful, and only once you have won will any fees be deducted. This will come directly from any of the damages recovered from the other side.

Flight Delay Compensation Fees

With Flight Delay Compensation, we do not charge ANYTHING upfront. There really is nothing to lose when instructing us to work on your delayed or cancelled flight.

When your case is successful, the airline will award you damages, this amount will depend upon a variety of factors, including the length of the delay and your destination. We will take 25% of this amount awarded to you to cover our costs.

Holiday Services Fees

With Holiday Sickness, Holiday Injury, and other Holiday complaints, we operate on a No Win No Fee basis. This means, like Flight Delay COmpensation, that there are no upfront costs, and all fees are recovered once your case has been successful. There is nothing to worry about, even in the unlikely event of your case being unsuccessful, there is nothing that you will owe.

When instructing a firm to work on your behalf, you should ensure that you are choosing someone who will be able to effectively and efficiently work on your behalf. That is why we always suggest using a legal firm who have the ability to take your case through the courts, should it need to. You can check this by visiting the Law Society website, and be checking that they have an SRA number.

Clausula Suelos Fees

Like our Flight Delay and Holiday Legal services, the Clausula Suelos, or Floor Clause refunds are conducted on a No Win No Fee basis. This means that once we have established that this clause is present, you will have nothing to pay until you are awarded the compensation you rightfully deserve.

The legal system in Spain operates quite differently to the UK. For example, all legal documents are required, by law, to be signed by a Notary Public. This incurs it's own charge and will be charged directly to the client. The fee for this will vary depending upon the nature of the document(s) in question, and your location. For more information on these additional charges, a member of our team will be able to tell you exactly what you will need to pay, prior to you signing up with us.

Finally, should your case need to go to court in Spain, there will also be an additional Procurator fee of €100.00.

After The Event Insurance

After the Event Insurance or ATE, is an additional insurance we may ask you to take out, should your case be required to go to court. This provides you with protection that, in the unlikely event that you lose your case, you will not be liable to provide the other side with their legal expenses, which in some cases can amount to thousands!
