What details will we need from you?

  • How the accident occurred
  • Contact details of any witnesses
  • Injuries suffered and any medical reports you have already obtained
  • Proof of any expenses or loss of earnings you may have encountered
  • Any other supporting evidence that you think could help in your claim for example, photographs of the scene.

  • It is also important to remember that for all types of Personal Injury claims, the limitation date is 3 years. This means that we can only take on personal injury claims that have occurred within the last 3 years. If your accident is close to it’s limitation date we would advise you to get in touch as soon as possible to ensure that the claim can be logged before the limitation date runs out.
